Maverick McNealy and his wife, Maya McNealy, are celebrating a wonderful start to their life together. In December 2024, the couple marked their first wedding anniversary.
The PGA Tour golfer recently took to social media to commemorate this special milestone with a lighthearted post.
“Happy One-Year Anniversary to my real trophy (wife)!” Maverick wrote in a December 8 Instagram post, sharing a photo from their celebration. “Best year of my life, I love you!!”
Maya also took a moment to reflect on the anniversary, calling the day “the best day EVER.”
“Truly had the best day EVER!!!!” Maya shared in a post on December 16. “So thankful to have been able to celebrate our love with all of our favorite people.🤍”
Maverick also revealed on his foundation’s website that the couple had actually eloped a year prior, celebrating their union with friends and family in December 2024. “First and foremost, Maya and I celebrated our 1st anniversary in style, having our wedding celebration a year after we eloped,” Maverick wrote on December 20, 2024. “It was so special to be with friends and family… After which we spent a few days in Hawaii on our honeymoon.”
McNealy is currently on the brink of his third top-10 finish of 2025, following his strong performance at The Genesis Invitational.
