Emergency Teams Respond to Delta Plane Landing Incident at Toronto Pearson Airport
Toronto Pearson Airport in Canada has reported an incident involving a Delta Air Lines aircraft arriving from Minneapolis.
In a statement on X, the airport confirmed that emergency teams are on-site and that all passengers and crew members have been accounted for.
Footage from CTV, a news partner of CNN, shows an overturned aircraft on one of the runways at Toronto Pearson Airport.
Airport officials told CTV News that all arrivals and departures at Pearson have been temporarily halted. Meanwhile, the FAA’s NOTAM system indicates that all runways at the airport are currently closed.
The Association of Flight Attendants-CWA also stated that it is monitoring the situation, clarifying that the flight was operated by Endeavor Air, a regional airline wholly owned by Delta.
The union urged the public to avoid speculation regarding the incident, while CNN has reached out to Delta Air Lines and Toronto Pearson Airport for further comment.

Delta Airlines confirms awareness of an incident involving one of its aircraft
Delta Airlines has acknowledged reports regarding an incident involving one of its planes traveling from Minneapolis to Toronto.
“Delta is aware of reports of Endeavor Flight 4819 operating from Minneapolis/St. Paul to Toronto-Pearson International Airport as involved in an incident,” it says in a statement.
“We are working to confirm any details and will share the most current information on news.delta.com as soon as it becomes available.”
